“Every drop of our olive oil is a testament to a commitment to quality and a celebration to authenticity"

With roots in both Morocco and France, we always cherished the rich culinary traditions and agricultural heritage of these two beautiful countries.

It is the unique, robust flavor of the Picholine Languedoc olive that truly captivated us. We have been drawn to the allure of French gastronomy, with its emphasis on quality ingredients and time-honored techniques. Growing the Picholine Languedoc, a variety native to southern France, in the fertile soil of Marrakesh was our way of bringing these two passions together.

Choosing to cultivate this French variety in Morocco was not only a practical decision, but a personal one. We wanted to create an olive oil that reflects our unique story—a blend of Moroccan and French influences, a fusion of our love for these two countries.

When you first taste the Picholine Languedoc olive oil, you’ll notice a fresh, herbaceous aroma reminiscent of artichokes and almonds. This variety is often characterized by its complex flavor profile featuring fruity green apple notes, and a delightful balance between bitterness and pungency.

As you savor the oil, its medium to high fruitiness unfolds on the palate, bringing to mind flavors of fresh cut grass, green almond, and even hints of fresh mint. Its taste is rounded off with a distinct peppery finish, a characteristic of quality olive oils that have a high polyphenol content, adding both to its health benefits and its unique taste.
